A program on angling for Lake Roosevelt trout and kokanee set for March 2 will kick off the 12th annual six-week series of free localized fishing seminars sponsored by Mark’s Marine in Hayden. Each presentation in the Spring Seminar Series is set for a Thursday and will run 6:30-8 p.m. at 14355 N. Government Way.

First in the series is Inland Northwest fishing guide Benita Galland, who will share tips on fishing the reservoir that backs up the Columbia behind Grand Coulee Dam. Great trout fishing and huge kokanee in the past year have attracted considerable angler interest to Roosevelt.
