The Skiatook Lake Angler’s held their championship Bass Tournament qualifier of the season October 14 and 15. This tournament was the final of six qualifiers plus the championship. Sponsored by Bill’s Marine, the tournament is for two person teams fishing for their top five largest bass of the day. All tournaments are on Skiatook Lake.
Bill Broaddrick and Earl Collins won first place with 23.99 pounds of bass and won $9060. In second place were Curtis Dewitt and Rusty LaNier with a total weight of 23.09 pounds winning $4000. Jared Nunnally and Jim Nunnally placed third with a total weight of 22.35 pounds winning $2500.
