A pair of brothers won the Wild West Bass Trail’s Championship tournaments last weekend, held at Lake Mojave, at the border of Nevada and Arizona.

Banning resident Laythe Moore, 36, won the three-day Wild West Bass Trail ProAm 2017championship with a combined weight of 50.84 pounds, earning $11,000, which included contingency dollars provided by sponsors from the Ranger Cup, Lowrance and Yamamoto gear manufacturers.
