The latest fishing conditions report was released by the Colorado Parks and Wildlife office Tuesday with information is provided by CPW employees and local fishing enthusiasts. Keep in mind that fishing conditions change on a constant basis. A lot can change in a week from the time this fishing conditions report is produced.
The current water temperature is around 78 degrees. The water clarity is minimal on the south end of the reservoir. Anglers are reporting varied success, but overall the fishing is good for trout, walleye, and bass. Most of the fish are being caught in deeper water near transition areas.
