Judge again denies bond for man accused of Bass Pro parking lot shooting, assault

For the third time, a judge has denied bond for the man accused of beating up his ex-girlfriend and shooting the man she was with on the Bass Pro parking lot last year. Greg Marvin, who has been in Greene County Jail since the incident last October, was in court Tuesday with his new attorney, Adam Woody.

Woody argued that Marvin has worked since the age 13, has donated food to homeless people and “has been known to have a kind heart.” Woody reminded Judge Calvin Holden of a recent case in which a man accused of killing someone was released on bond.
