Mildred finishes 83rd in fishing tournament

Bass fishing can be a very rewarding pastime or a time of struggle. When getting a bite is tough, it’s difficult to stay focused. This sometimes causes even an experienced angler to miss a fish. In this case, boating the ones that do bite is crucial. The Texas High School Bass Association tournament trail kicked back into gear this past Saturday, March 3, 2018.

It was a beautiful day on Cedar Creek Reservoir! The Mildred High School Bass Fishing team was excited to get back out on the water. Mildred knew it would have to capitalize on the morning bite. Several of the anglers were going to have to leave early due to a Mildred High School baseball tournament.
