American Bass tourney visits lake Saturday

The bass tournaments return to Clear Lake beginning Saturday with an American Bass team event scheduled out of Konocti Vista Casino in Lakeport. The field should include some of the better tournament fishermen competing in it and it should take at least 20 pounds to win it. Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission may drop license-display requirement

The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission will consider removing the requirement that anglers display their fishing licenses while fishing at its quarterly meeting Monday and Tuesday, January 27-28, in Harrisburg. Pennsylvania is one of only three states to still require the display of a fishing license, along with Delaware and New Jersey.
