Forrest Wood Cup champion Justin Atkins looked back on his year and winning two bass fishing championships this year due completely to the time he has spent mastering his Humminbird electronics on his boat. He discusses some of the misconceptions and advises how anglers should begin to learn their units as well as a broad overview of how he adjusts his units for specific situations when he’s looking for fishing spots.

We will get into a lot more detail with Justin Atkins in a future video on specifically what he did to his units in those events to see the fish better on his electronics. But this is some great advice for anglers who feel like they really need to understand and better interpret what their fish finders are showing them.
