An Alaska man said his boat was repeatedly rammed by an orca whale Sunday while he was fishing with his son and two other people. Victor Littlefield of Sitka said the killer whale struck the boat numerous times, yanked its anchor line and slapped the boat’s bow with its tail. The skipper of the doomed fishing charter vessel Francie is among those who died in yesterday’s tragedy. The boat was reported missing yesterday afternoon after attempting to re-enter the Kaipara Harbour in waves of up to 4m. Three people have been rescued and the bodies of seven people recovered.
